Applicants should
• obtain level 2 both in English and Chinese language
• obtain 10 points or above in HKCEE 2010 (in Best Six Subjects)
• obtain good conduct
After the release of the result of HKCEE 2010, applicants should fill in and submit the application form together with the documents listed below in Rm.109.
(a) Photo-copy of HKCEE result
(b) Photo-copy of Former school S.5 Report card
(c) 1 photo

Points to be noted for successful applicants
1. Payment for Registration
- Basic Fee
Tong Fai $ 29
Miscellaneous Fee $ 29
Handbook & Diary $ 45
PTA & Student Council Fee $ 87
SMS Fee$10 (Total = $200)
- Basic Fee + School Bus fee
( $200 + $600 for normal route = $800
or $200 + $700 for long distance route = $900
or $200 + $ 1230 for Kowloon route = $1430)
Tong Fai, Miscellaneous Fee and School Bus Fee are paid by 10 installments.
2. Documents to be prepared for Registration
Successful applicants should submit the photo-copy of the following documents:
(a) Birth certificate,
(b) Hong Kong Identity Card and
(c) Proof of Address (e.g. Bills for public utilities - electricity bill etc.)
and to submit the Authorized Auto-pay Form to the Administration Office ( Rm. N106 )

* 堂費、雜費和校車費全年分10期繳付
2. 成功申請者須於註冊當日遞交下列文件的影印本：
(1) 出世紙
(2) 香港身分證
(3) 住址證明 ( 例如：電費單、水費單 )
