Anti-Drug Leadership Program 2022

This year, four S5 students participated in the 1st Leadership Institute on Narcotics’ (L.I.O.N.) workshops founded by the Narcotics Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force and became one of 100 ‘Anti-drug Leadership Ambassadors’ from 20 secondary schools in Hong Kong. With the support of various sectors of the community, they were provided with training by experts on designing and implementation anti-drug activities.

 

They organised ”Anti-drug Variety Show.’’ (禁毒大綜藝) in school during the LEP lesson on 28 September 2022. Afterwards, they were interviewed by the media and they shared their feelings about being Anti-drug Ambassadors. They also arranged anti-drug exhibition booths on 12-13 November 2022 and held exciting and entertaining events.

 

 On 16 December 2022, they attended the Graduation Ceremony of L.I.O.N.. Four students won the Bronze Award for “Outstanding Students” in recognition of their outstanding leadership skills and appreciation of the team for actively participating in the activities and promoted anti-drug messages to the public. It was our honour to receive the award from Mr Siu Chak Yee (PDSM, PMSM, Commissioner of Police) and the renowned artist Mr Andy Lau.

 

 

今年，四位中五學生參加了由香港警務處毒品調查科成立的第一屆「禁毒領袖學院計劃」，他們獲挑選為二十間中學共100位學生中的禁毒領袖。在各界的支持下，他們接受了系統化的訓練，設計和帶領不同的抗毒活動，把無毒文化帶入校園及推廣至社會每一個角落。

 

九月二十八日，他們在學校籌辦禁毒大綜藝，並於活動後接受傳媒訪問，分享成為禁毒領袖學員的歷程和感受。他們還於十一月十二日和十三日，在西九文化區舉辦禁毒展覽，透過各種振奮人心的娛樂活動宣傳禁毒資訊。

 

在十二月十六日的結業禮上，四位學生更獲得「卓越表現學員」銅獎，肯定了他們在參與活動期間展現出眾的領導才能和讚賞整個團隊積極推廣抗毒信息。當晚，我們還榮幸獲得警務處處長蕭澤頤先生和香港演藝界知名藝人劉德華先生頒發獎項。
